All stats are ok. But the guy has to work on his mentality. He goes to the shell when a big situation arrives. There is no doubt about his skill and stats. The only thing that he lacks is his ability to deliver in crunch situation.

Wickekeeping slot in T20 is not cemented by anyone till now. He may be the perfect candidate. Replace gill with Ishan. Jaiswal & Ishan to open, surya at 3, at 4 any allrounder like parag or Dube, Hardik at 5, Rinku at 6, at 7 Axar.
