12 hours since I spoke to Dad, but it’s not unexpected. Dad volunteered to be one of two people in his group to stay behind at the embassy to shut down the systems they were responsible for. He warned me it could be a while before I hear from him. Patiently waiting for good news.

It only took three chapters for my writing group to put the nail in the coffin: Raven and Doe is NOT a young adult book.
So, I’ll be marketing Raven and Doe as an adult fantasy romance. 😅
Also, they described the vampire as horny. Did NOT see that being the takeaway.
