RT @elonmusk: There are massive federal entitlements fraud rings that scam US taxpayer money and send it overseas

Whatever group you worked for, good for you. But I disagree with your point on fraud. According to Grok, but feel free to do your own research, the US has sent between 40-45B dollars to Africa in the last 5 years. It is absolutely unacceptable that they have not provided permanent water sources for the areas in need with that amount of money.

@Jimbrotato @deanna504 @scottmo81595877 @elonmusk I agree. But water, food, shelter are the three absolute necessities to live. Water prevents death Water improves hygiene Water facilitates recovery from medial issues If they do not all have access to clean drinking water then what on earth could possibly be more important?

I ask because i feel like in these situations the best source of the truth will be those who lived it. I would love to know how Africans feel about this situation.

Clearly not an entire continent. But every village in that continent deserves to have access to life saving clean drinking water. My whole point is that if we spent 6.6B in USAID, and that somehow wasn't enough to provide something as necessary as water, we are not focusing on the right things.

Also I appreciate that you actually went and served people through USAID. I'm glad you were able to do that, you're a better person than I in that regard. We aren't mad that the help exists, we are mad that it is rampantly abused. We want you to be able to be 100x more helpful with the money going where it's supposed to go.

Unfortunately when people see me defending the audit they believe i am against helping end suffering of nations. I am 100% for helping end the suffering of nations. I am certain there is good being done with USAID. I am also certain there is a lot of waste, kickbacks, and BAD PRIORITIES within the USAID. Not everything is black and white.

Considering Elon built a team that became the most advanced car company in its time, then pivoted to rocketry and now has the most advanced rocketry in its time, I would say he's pretty good at hiring the right people. Either he hires the right talent for jobs, or he is a super genius who is doing everything himself. The left loves to talk about how he isn't actually very intelligent, so it must be the people he hired that are doing all the heavy lifting. I.E. INTELLIGENT HIRING

@KeMOGAK @deanna504 @scottmo81595877 @elonmusk Considering a YouTuber went and put in 100 drinking water wells last year, I'd say a fair amount. I didn't know there were 52 countries, thanks for clarification.

@Joy28575134 @deanna504 @scottmo81595877 @elonmusk I'm referring to Africa as a whole. Yes I realize there are parts of Africa that are very affluent and developed, but there are also areas within that are not so developed. No offense was intended.

I understand your point, but Africa doesn't even have clean drinking water despite receiving 6.6B in funds last year via USAID. I'm not humanitarian expert, but it stands to reason that when trying to bring an undeveloped country into the modern century, one of the most critical aspects is making clean water available for all.

@E_Kutin @the_jefferymead @DOGE So it's not like they just made a new department... they renamed one they Obama started. Whenever I question which side is on the "correct" side, I just try to find the obvious lies.
