@coolnameliz1 I agree wholeheartedly. There are people stronger, braver, kinder than me out there who didn’t match. And I hate that they are out there with thoughts that they are less than worthy.

@swanrivercolony To be hired as a resident physician in training at a US residency program, all 4th year medical students must go through “The Match.” We apply to and interview at programs. After both parties “rank” the other, a computer algorithm makes the “match.”
