I don't think it'll happen, but the funniest scenario possible at this juncture is selling at the deadline, getting a bunch of assets for next year and still making this year's playoffs
Itโs not this Washington team is a Cup contender - theyโre not - but a playoff spot certainly isnโt out of the question. And that brings in money and also makes it easier to get UFAs this summer.
