•Shampoo is for your scalp and conditioner is for your ends, don’t put it on your scalp.

•Drink ice-cold water to boost metabolism.

•Green tea is a great appetite suppressant and benefits skin.
•Avoid diet drinks. They still have artificial sweeteners and it increases your appetite/cravings; drink tea, coffee, and water.
