Are you taking PED'S?
I started my first cycle on a relatively low dosage. Using Testosterone Enanthate.
250ml per week.
I added dianabol for 5weeks and my weight skyrocketed! Thats how i got started. Currently only running 500ml Test E

Nice and full ontop but I've shifted my focus to doing more rowing movements to work the middle and lower part of my back.

Unreal pump this! Feeling fuller, feeling stronger! I can attribute this to resting more frequently!

Many of us have good physiques but because of our posing we aren't hitting the right angles and promoting our strong points.
(My posing is PATHETIC) I see this as an area in which I can improve and that takes consistency.

Who else gets excited about jab day? Lets talk injecting. For the most part of my cycle ive been jabbing my glutes, but recently ive experienced discomfort. Today i jabbed 2 x 1.25mg (test e) - 1 jab each delt = 250mg - i used an insulin needle & can already feel PIP is this ok?
Natty to not so natty anymore about 8kilgrams in weight difference.
Thailand has truly given me the best years of training, meeting so many different people from different ethnic groups, with different knowledge to share.

Are you making use of "anabolic grunts"?
Personally, there's a certain weight (depending on the exercise) that requires me to grunt, and I feel like it really helps me get through the lift, especially with the later reps.
When is grunting not ok?
Daily
1) Struggle to just eat oats and whey protein in the morning so I found making smoothies would be more palatable and my calorie intake would be much higher. A good start to the day 😁.
1/First Jab and I pretty much fainted! 16 March 2021
1st Month - Felt anxious about starting but the more thought I put into it the more I started to enjoy it and come to terms with this new lifestyle change.
