So we made up a chapter and initiated him as an honorary member of Delta Journo Chi-O

Recount observers were given poop emoji wristbands Tuesday.
@MkeCountyClerk
George Christenson said the 💩 wristbands were given out by Wisconsin Center staff simply using what they had in stock - and he thought it was chocolate ice cream.
He says a major concern was the safety of the public and election staff because of the coronavirus pandemic. He said the county got the largest space it could find, set up 135 tables worn plexiglass barriers, enforced the mask policy and more.

Caught up with Marilyn McKnight, 74, of Milwaukee after she clocked out after 11.5 hours at the city’s central count. “I was really, really, really excited to come,” she said, and even as she left in the wee hours of Wednesday she was still glad she did.

Jake Patterson, 21, the suspect, had "zero" criminal history before this. They are not looking for any additional suspects. Gordon was not on law enforcement's radar. First court appearance is expected next week.
@bcsheriff
: Jayme has been cleared from the hospital. "This is a very active and fluid case." They are serving search warrants right now in Gordon. They hope to release a lot more information this afternoon at 4 p.m.
We are hearing that the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department has removed people in seven instances from the recount - one man was removed twice. One person on Friday, three on Saturday, zero Sunday and three yesterday. Zero so far today.
Milwaukee Election Commission executive director is asking for the board’s assistance in determining voter intent. Trump attorney says it appears the voter was voting for Kamala Harris, not Joe Biden and says it should not count. Biden atty says it should be a Biden vote.
He says one of the things to come out of this is that the state Legislature needs to tighten the election laws, says “voter intent” for instance leaves a lot of room for interpretation.
Still quite the line at Riverside High School, many in masks, many not six feet apart. Polls closed 30 minutes ago. The line was back to the park when I arrived about 10 minutes ago.
At this point, the municipalities that have finished counting are: Bayside, Brown Deer, Greendale, Hales Corners, Cudahy, Shorewood and Oak Creek. And with that, I’m out for the night. Back tomorrow a.m.
