@bookingcom To be honest, all of the responses from your team have been disappointing and although a ‘final’ decision has been reached I am very unhappy with it and I will be taking further legal action so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

We leave the property the next day because we cannot stay there and put our lives at risk and also sit in the FREEZING cold with a 5 month old. No refund or replies. We had to drive back to Scotland a few days early because of this and our baby has suffered so much in the process
