Today, we celebrate €100M in funding,🦄 but five years ago, we faced skeptical smiles. This is what we took home from Silicon Valley this year. 🤓 Last week at #Q2B2024, we joined the annual gathering of the global quantum community, bringing our Roadmap to 2030 and Whitepaper with us. And took back some takeaways: 🔑 1. No One-Size-Fits-All Yet There is still no "one platform to rule them all", and while the hype shifts each year (2022: trapped ions with @QuantinuumQC, 2023: atoms with @QueraComputing, 2024: superconducting circuits with @Google), it's clear that the race is open. 👀 🔑 2. The Real Work Begins With Quantum Error Correction (QEC) now firmly in place, attention is turning to the next big engineering challenges. 🛠️ One key area is live decoding, driven by new classical hardware. Alice & Bob is perfectly positioned to tackle these challenges with our hardware-efficient approach. 🤝 🔑 3. 100+ Logical Qubits Reaching the 'logical scale' necessary for useful quantum computing is now universal goal. 🏆 At Alice & Bob we're laser-focused on reaching 100 logical qubits.
