@wendythedentist @bykatewomersley I am a clinician doing a PhD. In academic settings I am very careful to not call myself doctor - as I haven't earned that title in an academic setting. I don't see why the inverse shouldn't apply in a healthcare setting, where doctor comes with expectations of a medical degree?
