@UPYOURARSENAL04 Not buying into this narrative that Arteta wasn't given any money to spend. If we put in a bid of £40m for Watkins, then surely Arteta was given around £50m to spend. There were many attacking players we were linked with that were available for less than that.

It's more than just trophies there's the fanbase, the history, global recognition, etc. I wouldn't say Arsenal are a small club and wouldn't say they're as big as United or Liverpool. I'd say they're behind City but not far behind.

Kingsley coman is on a lot but if we loan him we could only end up paying about £175k a week for him which is not a lot for half a season.
