WSU Cs working some overhead/ high angle receiving. Challenges timing when the ball comes from up top. Cheating timing is more obvious. Add in picks, to challenge even more & work below the ball/ keep the glove down before working up into zone. (If only I were taller than 5’6!)

2022 was a record breaking season for the Huskies. Setting a new program record with 60 home runs in a single season, beating the previous record of 51 from 2003, with 10 players contributing 2 or more homers!

WSU Catchers: Working change ups here. Again, ball under the armpit to avoid reaching for the ball early, let the ball come down. Work thumb under the ball and bring it up in one motion. PVC out front as a visual cue. Let the ball travel, try not to move until it reaches the PVC.
