@matthewgoldin In my primary school we were ‘made’ to meditate for 2 minutes after every lunchtime to calm down. Can’t say many people were that keen but it’s hardly an egregious infringement of human rights. It’s just doing something widely thought to be a calming experience. Not that deep.
