@rustyrockets I was a vegan for 3 months. I simply could not handle it any longer. Its pointless, unhealthy, you don't get the proper vitamins and nutrients your body needs, you are always hungry, low energy, low testorone, I would never reccomened anyone being a vegan it simply is not meant.

The majority of plants grown go to feed the 80+ billion land animals killed for 8 billion humans each year.
