We need the law changed to “Cannabis is no longer federally illegal in any natural derived form” and for the government to get out of my personal healthcare and education decisions. It’s the only way to protect patient privacy and personal liberty.

@KindnessWins6 @James_Keith @realmofcaring I take a THC concentrate so most patients would not consider that a little. Most people I know who say a little mean the tiny bit that comes in whole plant CBD oil. That is NOT me. I take the CBD oil and THC concentrate 3 times a day and have for several years. Thanks!

With government the stupidity never stops. Too many laws only empower government and we need less of those, and maybe all new laws should have expiration dates.

HB-1317 is spreading exactly what it was meant to: Misery and tyranny. Government is not our friend and definitely can’t be trusted.

I would like to donate some of our soaps to Ukrainian relief efforts. Is there anyone in Colorado Springs who is already sending supplies that I can add a few cases of our soaps to? Thanks.

@bseritt @ColoradoSun @thyanhvo I’m not sure I have any power but I try to help when I can and mostly when people let me know what they need help with. I work quite a bit when I’m out of school but I try to make time if I know about something ahead of time.

@askdrbarry @ShaunSummersgil When I get my medical records from Vibrant Healthcare (they closed because of Colorado laws) next month I will be ready to come see you. I am also looking at some schools there and I hope one will allow me to actually go to class instead of just remote. It looks promising.

@bseritt Also since Vibrant Health closed I’m looking for another cannabis clinic in Colorado Springs that will volunteer to let patient families pick up food. I can’t travel to most places so when I speak in those it has to be remote which is okay with most people who ask me.

@bseritt Next, I am speaking at a bioethics and law school in Alabama. I am also still donating food through local charities for families in Colorado but winters we can’t grow. A Kentucky group is asking for help but I don’t have specifics yet. In Colorado I haven’t had any requests yet.
