Yeah, people have sued for this. Place I went when I was 15 for SH just doped everyone up on meds and didn’t listen to patients whatsoever; a psychiatrist was apparently wrongly sent & kept there a while couple years ago and now has evidence to sue. Hopefully they’ll get shut
