I'm 50 and I just ran 3:28:56 at the Chicago Marathon. A PB.
But that's my prize. I logged 750 training miles this summer, woke super early countless times and gave up late nights with friends and family.

My old man is 99 today and still in good nick. Independent with no care needs. Born 1923. I was a very late child (of 5) and my mum is much younger! What he's seen in his lifetime. Unbelievable.
