Close the schools for 10-14 days and switch to online learning for a week or two. Send a few boxes of the Oxford Vaccine to every school (as required) and vaccinate all staff who work on site. Then reopen the schools once all staff are protected. It really is that simple.

One of my 2nd cousins sadly passed away today. From COVID. He was 39. A fit, healthy, young father. No underlying health conditions. The remarkable NHS did everything they could. Our family will be eternally grateful to them.
