@dp1414 Personally I preferred knowing one way or the other at least the day before, working as the starting 11 is important, gives the opportunity to have conversations with subs and they are mentally prepared as well and no shocks or sulking

@dp1414 Usually start working on shape a few days before the game looking at opposition positives/negatives and then usually team the day before, some managers wait until before the game but you have an idea
