@JayneSeckerSky Lacks skills to interview, I would say. Perhaps some psychology, social policy, and communication classes will help but I'm not sure there is any way to retrieve the lack of empathy at this stage of development.

Identifying people already known provides false validation of ability. For identifying unfamiliar people, viewing multiple images can create a false familiarity confounded, or even fueled by confirmation bias. In real terms it is impossible to validate 'accuracy' in the field.
