@smalls2672 To increase employment and manufacturing the Canadian govt signed agreements and gave car companies billions in subsidies and tax breaks to locate some of their production in Canada. Canada acted for their citizens and this was completely transparent.

@krassenstein This is not a consumer protection agency. Interest rates of 20-25% on credit cards is proof of that. The agency exists to “regulate” which translates to govt control of the finance sector. They pick winners and losers, de-bank entrepreneurs and political rivals with no recourse

@exjon @Cocoaisadog If I were chief executive I would want to audit the books in order to set priorities and plan for what I needed to accomplish. We have serious debt and serious problems which cannot be managed without data. The audit is transparent. Be helpful. Review results and weigh in.
