OPM focus stabilisation implemented on a Raspberry PI!
We present long-term stabilization of an oblique plane microscope (OPM). By stabilizing the remote focus unit of an OPM, we can enable long-term acquisition without light-sheet drift. The feedback signal comes from a laser, no fluorescence is expended.
