@hulu_support Can't log into my account on my laptop. It literally does not register the "login in" button. I click on it. Nothing. I press enter. Nothing. And this was after i had to log out because "there was a problem switching profiles". But it still works on my cell. ????

@NYSLabor I was told to call today to start receiving my benefits, but as you already know the line is unreachable. The phone doesn't even ring...how am i supposed to start receiving my benefits now???

@NYSDOLCommish Ive never done this before, but I'm assuming without that portion being completed...its as if i never completed my application with a representative in the first place! I was starting to give ppl hope being probably one of the FEW ppl who actually got to speak to someone and now?

@NYSDOLCommish I was connected with a representative who helped file my claim, she told me to stay on the phone to go through the payment process...then YOUR SYSTEM HUNG UP ON ME! Now I'm back to square one calling non-stop! What am I supposed to do now???

@zinnny5781 @NYSLabor without that i can't receive anything, so all of this work and hope for nothing because I've been as this non stop since Tues @ 8a. Im back to calling and calling to try to get a hold of someone, which at this point who knows if it'll happen again

@dianep0166 @SeanBParsons @mjw813 @NYSLabor I spoke to a representative, she helped complete my application. She told me to stay on hold to go through the payment process and THE CALL ENDED! Im back to square 1!

@SeanBParsons @mjw813 @dianep0166 @NYSLabor which was you hold is "15-20mins...please remain on the line" I think not giving the system a chance to reboot and calling back to back MAY help. HOPE THIS WORKS!!

@dianep0166 @NYSLabor Omg! And I've stocked up on Pepto, but i know until i calm down mentally or emotionally it won't go away, but it so hard! Keep trying! I just called back 6x in a row and am now on hold officially, my wait is "15-20mins". Keep at love. Hang in there ❤️

@NYSLabor So what are we2do?Keep calling&getting hung up on without even knowing if those calls are making a difference?Weather its ACTUALLY helping our chances?All while this is adding more&more stress2us financially,emotionally&mentally,those last2being the only thing we CAN control
