So @westjet is the worst airline! 2 weeks after I had to book another flight at my own cost for our family of 4 with no refund or compensation. Hours on the phone & now we are sitting on our flight for 2 hours while they perform maintenance. Westjet "We will get you there, maybe"

I canceled our @westjet flight to book with @porterairlines so our family didn't miss our non refundable vacation a day before the strike was settled. After 3 hours they are not giving any refund or credit since our flight wasn't cancelled. Stole $1200🤬🤬🤬
