It has a long list of blend shapes to modify the face along with some presets.
In terms of extras it includes fins, spikes, fur, frills, etc.

You can use the customization options to make the Hyenid model a bit more masculine, but it would still be relatively feminine without some extensive editing

In your case I'd say that it was fine, as long as the models are for your private use in your work.
If you were paid by a larger organization while utilizing the assets or promoting products or services in some way using the avatars, then it'd be a different matter.
