It’s been decades since I made one of these. ☃️ What do you think? ET lookalike? With bright sun, the top layer of snow is partially melting for perfect snowman creation. There’s a lot of science in the fluffiness and stickiness of snow, related to temperature and humidity.

Amber shared this picture and asked to remind people that snow is heavy and if it is sitting deep on a wide-span flat roof of an out-building or canopy, there is a risk of collapse. She wasn't hurt. Beware.

The other half of the Gulf Coast snow story is icing on bridges, at least through tomorrow am, but maybe longer. You will have no control of your vehicle or life if you hit ice.
