Vinnovas riggade guldavtal började med en delegationsresa -19 mellan gd,Darja Isaksson, och konsulten som "bara" skulle kosta 586 000 kr men blev 1,2 miljoner (otillåten direktupphandling). Sen fortsatte konsulten få 8,6 miljoner kronor genom det riggade konsultavtalet 2020-2021.
