@nj3terp What are you basing that on? Not attacking you, just curious. Jonathan Givony just last month said scouts are calling this class one of the strongest in recent years.

@Acolyte24185842 He didn’t need to. Doesn’t have a no-trade clause. What’s tricky is Winger was only said to be “lukewarm” toward the compensation, and we don’t know for sure if the Mavs offered more than the Bucks.

@ddarkness571 Gotcha. He still could've shut it down while acknowledging people who hate Commanders. Also, I'm not just talking about Redskins hardliners, I'm talking about people who hate Commanders. That entire population constitutes a much higher portion of the fanbase than two percent.

@zico_4444 @dmanley72 Not necessarily. Depends what the NFL is allowing. Redskins, Skins and any Native American-themed name appear off the table. Harris can't do what the NFL won't let him do.

@dmanley72 Thank you! You're right in that there's a lot Harris can do in terms of uniforms, marketing, making the team great, etc. But there's very little he can do in terms of finding some perfect name that isn't Redskins or something close/related to that. There is no perfect solution.
