Getting mad that a white woman called you a white supremacist shill, when you just bragged about working for a white supremacist entity is exactly what I expect from Black women on the other side of terror 🌚.
"The same people that spend $1 trillion blowing up other people's kids are saying it's a wish list? I'm sorry, that's propaganda." @ButchWare . "It's not propaganda. I've worked on Capitol Hill." @angela_rye. Talking points straight from capitol hill & the DNC. Not propaganda lol

Kai was hard on his father growing up, and only came to understand him differently as an adult. Meanwhile his sister was close with their father. But sure boy children are so understanding of their deadbeat fathers. Release yourselves from the chokehold of gender essentialism!.

@LifeStarMedia Apparently 63% of diversity and inclusion leadership roles were occupied by White women as of 2022. .

Hers is not a "rags to riches" story: she came from money. So of course she thinks this way. She's part of a long tradition of second gens complaining that their parents used their braces money to pay school fees for relatives who didn't even "deserve" it.

Here it is:.
Came back to Twitter after a hiatus to find that people are still quoting FW to talk about Palestinian anti blackness. Just a reminder that FW based that whole part of his theory on this comment from Sameer Bishara. (Could only fit some of the text in the alt description sorry!)

And what aspect of Black femininities do we need to unpack fully? Because the mom is right there!.Is she not a willing participant in bringing these children into the world? What's with the implicit assumption that he's driven by a patriarchal impulse, but she isn't?!!!.
This patriarchal impulse, to sire so many children, has always baffled me. And it’s an aspect of Black masculinities that we rarely stop to unpack fully, especially the sexual/erotic implications.

Imagine experiencing the terror of COINTELPRO in Black communities, and then after the program becomes normalized (which they term "program dissolution"), the multicultural grammarians of the social order tell everyone that YOU were the terror of the Black community. That's EVIL!.
J. Edgar Hoover said that the Black Panther Party was the "greatest threat to the internal security of the country" and did everything he could to stop it. The FBI sabotaged the party with an illegal and covert counterintelligence program (COINTELPRO) of surveillance,.

Here's E. Franklin Frazier saying the same thing. in 1957. Since people are quoting and replying to Nina's tweet as if she's the one in her feelings. when she's the one pointing out facts.
Mfs go to white ass schools, live in white ass neighborhoods, pride themselves on being the Only™️ in every space they occupy and talk daily about not wanting too many Black people around, detest everything Black people do, but be proud “Blackity Black Black” online for likes.

Wild that a Black Republican who works for Prager University becomes a reason to call African Americans as a group "the weakest link." Also, his father's family was/is part of the Haitian bourgeoisie. Does that make Haitians the second weakest link?.
When I say African Americans are the weakest link is an understatement cause if you did a lil bit of of research you could've seen how many of Palestinian are in open air prison, and how many of them are being tortured and raped in Israeli prison but you chose being stupid.

Apparently Angela Rye and Kamala Harris are both members of the ultra-exclusive organization called The Links, Incorporated? I had never heard of them before today. Any investigators have intel on The Links? @DabSquad_Slank, perchance?.

Not y'all reverse colonizing white women's stuff 😂.How is the original feminism (white feminism) no longer feminism? You joined their movement, created offshoots that are still tethered to white feminist logics, and now you're "kicking them out"? How's that work?.
@hausofriya White feminism isn't feminism. It's white supremacy held by a girl boss cosplay.

"Capitalism resolved the contradictions of feudalism" does not mean "capitalism was an overall improvement on the feudal era". Resolving contradictions just means reducing tension at a particular point. All of this is why I'm so insistent on precise language and sensemaking.
Capitalism is worse. Kings were chosen by accident of birth. CEOs are chosen through a contest where the most inhuman psychopath wins.

In the feminist manifesto for Palestine, they make the genocide into a womenandchildren issue; NEVER mention Palestinian men; but manage to call on "all women", which logically would include Israeli women. So I'm not convinced that they aren't compromised.
Feminism isn’t a monolith. The Palestinian Feminist Collective, Colectiva Feminista en Construcción, Combahee River Collective, and many other decolonial feminist movements are anti-imperial, anti-capitalist, and anti-colonial, not only anti-patriarchal.

"From slavery on many black males have chosen to avoid parenting. They breed children they have no intention of raising. Colluding with black women who have been brainwashed by patriarchal thinking, they believe fatherlove in't essential to a child’s well being." - bell hooKKKs.
@AkuaSankofa Anybody offering we real cool as a tool to understand Black men is a part time Klansman.

The shift from "Black women's experiences are one specific location for understanding oppression" to "Black women are best positioned to understand oppression" is insidious. Because now we're having inane arguments about who's better at understanding oppression.
The interesting thing about arguing the notion that Black women possess a better epistemic advantage bc of their race & gender stands in contradiction to the foundational ideas of the scholar who originated Black feminist thought, particularly her views on Standpoint epistemology

@LifeStarMedia Yeahhhh if you include white men it's even worse: it's 76% for chief diversity officers and 70% for the lesser-paid diversity managers

Seriously though, a huge outcome of the post-structuralist turn is that everything-and I really do mean every thing-is treated as a text that can be interpreted through any lens. People, places, historical events, politics, every single thing can be whatever you want it to be.
kamala harris is not your mother, or aunt. not an embodiment of experiences of ordinary black womanhood, or the time you experienced a micro-aggression in the office. she is campaigning to be the face of empire so unless identify with that, there are no parallels to be drawn!.

If we accept that "Thing A is especially threatening to a system," and we're agreeing that the system should be demolished, what would be the most logical thing that I could do to start demolishing the system: Thing A that threatens the system, or literally anything else?.
It depends on their argument. You claimed she sees interracial marriage as a pathway to freedom, but she never said that. You’re treating her argument as if it supports that idea, even though you’ve stretched one piece of evidence to fit your interpretation and haven’t produced.

The nonviolent turn laundered Black Rage into a cheek-turning supplication for entry into white spaces. Whites then assassinated leaders and found new ways to re-entrench white supremacy. "In order for nonviolence to work, your opponent must have a conscience. The US has none.".
Since this topic is creating a lot of discussion now: one example of this extreme discipline is what Black orgs in the 60s called "tolerance trainings." They'd train protesters through simulations of racist harassment until they developed the self-control not to react violently.
