Why does Google keep rejecting my payment method? First, it took days just to accept my identity verification, and now this. I cannot use Vertex AI. I uploaded a scanned copy of my credit card and my photo ID, but they rejected it just 20 minutes after submission - without providing a reason. It is so easy to setup @OpenAI or @AnthropicAI but not with @GoogleAI
