Despite being instructed what to do by their own customer relations @InterConSIN @InterConHotels still holding $1700 on my card for 23 days. Rooms prepaid in full prior to arrival and small bill settled on departure - what customer service ????

Unbelievable @InterConSIN @InterConHotels finally respond only after I post on social media but still haven’t done what their own customer relations and my bank instructed them to do. Huge amount held on card without permission for 23 days. Starting to feel like theft.

@InterConSIN @CondeNast They clearly don’t know you place large holds on cards and 23 days later refuse to release it - warning if you stay here. You need a couple of thousand extra which they will hold for a month
