@EmoEthie For sure get a new cable, then try a different port on the computer if that doesn’t fix it. Might also be a situation where it’s not getting enough power so if possible maybe give it its own power supply if it’s just powered off the computer?

@instagram 21 hours and no response, no way to contact someone regarding this issue, I found a phone number that just told me to go online, this is frankly unacceptable @instagram glad to hear that you don't value the safety and wellbeing of your users
