Great agents are a valuable asset for specific opportunities and growing your career, but they are not an answer to an individual’s lack of experience or work ethic.

Here's a tip I use,

If a lead replies to your rates with something like "Oh, I thought it would've been way more!" or "That's so cheap!"
Of course, be flattered they think you're top stuff.
But also, it's time to up your rates- You're short-changing yourself! 👍
