@NaomiRHelm @PDXRNCH Because my late wife was a 20 year cop I tend to try and understand the cop point of view. I understand here the cops are brutal using unnecessary violence. Don’t need a backstory.

@Jesspecting @Kissmyazz24 I get the impression that the “over sexualized culture” is one where men are incapable of seeing an attractive woman without becoming sexually stimulated proving a preoccupation with sex. This is proving the Christian culture is the problem.

@JustMeMary143 @ColoradoGuy2424 @elonmusk And all my local friends are Biden supporters. The trump people are starting to realize their mistake and seem to be pulling their heads back into their shell. I haven’t seen a mags hat in months.

@PoliticsUncens1 I sent an email to Walmart’s customer service complaining about that very issue. I very, very seldom go to Walmart. The most annoying thing about the store is that they are subsidized through food stamps by taxpayers in order to pay a non-living wage. It really upsets me.

@MikeSievert @TMobile @Mintmobile More customers to treat poorly. Are used to be a sprint customer until T-Mobile took it over. Then I lost all service. But T-Mobile wanted to charge me for all the time I was without service. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

@Aruthasexy1 I studied the Bible in depth, I studied history in depth, I studied philosophy in depth, and I studied theology in depth. My conclusion was that evangelical Christianity of today bears more resemblance to the Gospel of Walmart than it does to the teachings of the Christ.

@SunnyEmms This is my new puppy, Hestia. Hestia is the name of the Greek Goddess of home, hearth, and family. I’ve had her for 3 weeks now and we are bonding wonderfully. There’s just the two of us as my wife and music partner passed a few years ago. I understand heartache. Smile for Hestia

@EanyMeanyMo @NaomiRHelm @PDXRNCH Thanks. It’s been 8 years but I always miss her. What was funny was when we disagreed about cop behavior it was usually me defending the cop and her defending the civilian. But then she belonged to Law Enforcement Against Prohibition, LEAP, a pro pot cop group.

@ThatEricAlper Sgt. Pepper & The White Album. Actually pretty much every Beatles album from Rubber Soul on. Also The Rascals album Once Upon A Dream. Oh yeah, Moody Blues, On The Threshold Of A Dream. I was doing a lot of LSD in that era. Can you tell?.

@HMeloWriter First and foremost, to me the sexiest thing a woman can present is self-confidence, humor, and intelligence. Physical beauty is a great plus but only as a side issue. I’ve never found it to be a primary instigator of attraction.

@EanyMeanyMo @NaomiRHelm @PDXRNCH She was also my music partner. We did gigs as a duo but frequently added other players a the situation dictated. She played a 12 string acoustic and bass. I played electric 6 string and saxophone.

@NickAdamsinUSA Try being an age 70 Viet Nam vet who lost his wife, also a vet, & best friend to cancer and are forced to fight the VA for treatment while having to listen to people like you doing all you can to make it harder, all the while complaining about imaginary problems. No shame.

@AZ_Brittney I finally told them “No more.” They asked me if I was saying they couldn’t talk about their religion? I told them they could talk about their religion all they wanted but they couldn’t mention any others except positively. Oddly, they stopped talking about their religion.

@MUAtherapy I honestly don’t understand that response. I have severe depression with a side of PTSD and I appreciated your post. It was on target and your thoughts here aptly demonstrate your abilities of thought. Ignore those who fled. That’s what I do with those who don’t understand. STAND.

@LoveMyMJ69 None. I was going to get a tattoo one very drunk night in Honolulu but the tattoo artist suggested I wait until I was sober, bless his heart. I would have picked something stupid and embarrassing given my inebriated state and would have to live with it.

@InfiDale3476 Once Dave Barry got a letter telling him that a column he had written had offended the reader. The column pertained to cow flatulence causing ozone problems. The reader said that the term did not go well with their breakfast. Barry wrote an apologetic column using CF 25 times.

@ingram_wallace I recently saw a story of a boy, his mother and a crow. They began leaving food for the crow and it began doing the same. The woman said she has lost a bracelet in a field near the house and found it a couple of days later where they fed the crow. I believe it’s a thank you.

@KupcakeProse The house in the 1963, Robert Wise version of Shirley Jackson’s The Haunting. That house has made its presence known in my nightmares since I first saw the movie in 1963. It still shows up in my dreams today but it doesn’t carry the malice it once did.

@Skye_Gunn @WW2HistoryGal @SaraGonzalesTX I am also an historian and I would disagree with your statement concerning guns being the history of this country. Yes, it’s obvious we aren’t Europe. The number of gun related deaths in our country is indicative of that reality.

@ItohanUdoffa I kind of do already. I owe no money to anybody, well, $25 to a friend but I have no credit cards. My home is paid for as is my RV. If I get another car, it will be a cash transaction. I hate interest on owed money.

@BlondeHistorian @guidedogs So well in that when she was applying for disability, she was being treated quite rudely. She asked one of people what the problem was. Her eligibility seemed rather cut and dried. She was told they didn’t believe she was blind. She took out her eyes and put them on the counter!.

@JVMonte2 Almost any solo by Carlos Santana. More than any other guitar player I believe Carlos creates haunting melodies. Almost anyone who has heard black magic woman can hum the intro. It’s sticks with you like a catchy lyric.

@SNOSHOER @MikeOCull I use a chorus, a distortion, and a delay. There is a touch of each effect. The distortion has two channels and I have one heavier than than the other. My basic philosophy is if you notice the effect, it’s too deep. Have fun! If you got any questions, holler. Maybe I can help.

@john_traphagan @geostylegeo I agree with the idea of secular education but it shouldn’t exclude the study of world religions. I believe that the lack of a broad based approach to the study of religion is a problem that results in a one sided view.

@DzintraSullivan My first viewing of pulp fiction. I got it. I understood it. But the presentation was so unique that I felt it necessary to watch it multiple times afterwards. It was great. I believe it ranks as a masterpiece of cinema. Still, it was a unique presentation is all I can say.

@softtail65 I began performing in the early 70’s. I got constant requests for Denver songs. I was never a big fan. There was nothing bad. It just wasn’t my cup of tea. I ended up creating my own version of Country Roads using the same lyrics and chords but I turned it into a rocking blues.
