@MarsJaneM @Naeluckmate @PixiesForest @SVPhillimore @Gander_Critical The whole of mainstream medicine understands that sex is immutable and that males and females have different anatomy, physiology and biology. Gender affirming care helps affirm gender it doesn’t actually change your sex.
