Just had a conversation about this. The third-party indemnification clauses used to be two paragraphs; now they're a book. The producer of the product needs to be responsible regardless of any third-party inferences. Or open it up to all third parties that have purchased data from the AI, so long as it doesn't hallucinate the information! Human over site needed still here

Yes, Congress can impeach federal judges, including Supreme Court justices. Here's how it works: Impeachment: The process starts in the House of Representatives, where a majority vote is needed to impeach (formally accuse) a judge for "Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors" as stated in the U.S. Constitution. Trial: After impeachment, the case moves to the Senate for a trial. A two-thirds vote in the Senate is required to convict and remove the judge from office. thank you Grok
