Short but a life-saving story: Flank trauma -> CT -> rupture spleen and kidney -> unrecorded BP (almost gone) --> resuscitation -> laparotomy -> G.S. (splenectomy: few minutes) -> urology (renal artery control at the aorta)-> return BP -> survived. Teamwork saves life 👇
