2023 BAR takers should read the case of UY vs. PEOPLE penned by Justice Hernando, tho' not explicit, the Court in effect ruled that failure of a person to present OR/CR during a checkpoint constitute a 'probable cause' for a further EXTENSIVE SEARCH. Interesting!
