We are heading to the Eyre Peninsula pH mapping early December. Get in touch if you’re interested in having some done. We will be back again early in 2025 for those that are still having a crack with harvest.

New service we’ve been working on. Drone mapping for green on green and green on brown weed control. Allows your existing sprayer to be used as a spot sprayer.
Srayed topped patches of vetch in some beans. @AgTech_Services flew the paddock with drone & mapped out the vetch, loaded map into the topcon in the Rogator, worked a treat 👌 Be better with individual nozzle control, sprayed 0.8ha in 35ha area

@agrobaz @ZwarFarms @OrrockFarm This was one test we did, 170ha with as many bit and pieces as we could throw at it. Running Apollo spray controller and steering to try and run it at its max

@agrobaz @JakePlatty @Howelly_Agro @ZwarFarms @OrrockFarm @stev_tech We gave it a go. If beans are reasonably healthy we had more chance. Short (ankle high) plants under moisture stress were hard as they didn’t provide a good background to pick up the radish against. We still had a 70-80% success rate though.

@Howelly_Agro @agrobaz @ZwarFarms @OrrockFarm Have had success with vetch, and we’ve done some radish in beans. Had trouble with beans in that job being moisture stressed and pale, was hard to distinguish between stressed beans and radish flowers. What are you chasing in pasture?

@agrobaz @ZwarFarms @OrrockFarm There’s a trick to the way data needs to be processed to go into the screen. 350ha might still be on the big side, we’ve done 170ha successfully.
