Every morning in Frankfurt, Germany, a horse walks by herself taking the same route for 14 yrs since her owner is unable to ride. Locals treat her like a celebrity. A note is attached to her halter that reads, "My name is Jenny. I didn’t run away, I’m just walking, Thank you."

OTTB Betty’s Bambino ran his last race at Santa Anita in February 2017. He was the downhill champ. Still competitive, he now races on the beach and won’t let other horses pass him. At 14-years-young he’s living his best life with Allie Conrad.

At only 4 days old, this beautiful Thoroughbred filly lost her mama. She is doing well with round the clock feedings & companionship by Lynn, her board members & volunteers at Thoroughbred Athletes in Oklahoma. We thought the filly would like a friend, so we sent a 5’ teddy bear.

After artist Fred Stone passed away, his daughter Laura continued to offer his artwork to his fans. Laura invited us to their storage unit yesterday and donated 25 pieces of her father’s artwork, that once hung on the walls of his home, to benefit our charity. What an honor.
