HE LOOKS SO COOL!!!
In honor of all the excitement and support for #MFINDA, we’re revealing a new character from the #afroanime film! Meet KOZO, the protector of the Mfinda. Kozo plays a key role in helping Odi and Nasambi bring balance to the World Above (the human world) and the World Below (the spirit world). The Mfinda is the gateway between these worlds. Kozo wields the power of divine fire and an inferno rages atop his head. The intensity of the flames is determined by his emotions. He travels through the Mfinda in the form of a wild dog and can reveal his true form at will. Kozo’s character was inspired by folklore and artwork from the Kingdom of Kongo circa the 15th and 16th centuries. Character design by Shigeru Fujita and Patience Lekien
