Half of this transformative gift will support USF’s new on-campus stadium, while the other half will enhance the brewing arts program, which was founded on the @usfsp campus. After nearly dying during the birth of her first child, Anja Crist was told she should not become pregnant again. Doctors weren't certain, but thought she may have suffered a rare condition called placenta accreta, which could recur. Thanks to the exceptional care provided by physicians from @TGHCares and the @USFHealthMed, Anja is now the proud mother of two healthy boys. 💚 Her story is one of resilience and hope. In gratitude, she established a placenta accreta education fund through the USF Foundation to support medical education and improve outcomes for others facing the condition. Exciting news! Thanks to a $100,000 gift from @MosaicCompany, the @USouthFlorida Feed-A-Bull pantry will expand its Tampa campus facility to better serve students facing food insecurity. The expanded space, complete with refrigerated storage, will feed more students and offer new options, including dairy, eggs and meat.
