I weighed myself and i’m 54 kg?? I thought i had gained weight after binging so i fasted the whole day yesterday. I’m so happy!!

I’m doing the ABC diet, and if I go over my calorie limit, I’ll make up for it the next day. If I eat 200 extra calories, I’ll eat 200 less tomorrow. If I binge a lot, I’ll spread out the extra calories over the next few days or fast to balance it out.
