We are aware of an issue where hacked tickets were being automatically closed due to filters previously set in place back in August.
This has now been fixed. Anyone who has record of creating a ticket with us on January 4th will have an extra day added to their eligibility.

Yeah, that's a bug with roblox's physics. For whatever reason when you jump out of a vehicle it makes the trees (which are collideable) non-collideable so you get stuck. -MonHorse
