The experts are always the ones outside the system. If you give them the chance, they will mess up the job and if not careful, drag you along
What annoys me with people that sit and criticize is, give them the job and they’ll never do any better. You see all those “if na me I will…” type of people. Put them in the sit (scenario) they won’t do any better.
