There is an update in that according to VAPP, 2015, which recognised that rape is gender-neutral. A female can rape a man or someone who is incapable of giving consent.
According to the Law, a woman cannot rape a man. Yes, women get aggressive and force sex when you refuse them. But the law does not recognise it as rape.
