@Blue_Footy People don’t seem to understand, it’s not about cucurella as an individual, it’s where he’s playing. Being asked to push higher up the pitch taxes his defensive efficiency. It overcrowds the midfield with him pushing into left midfield and the half space. It’s too crowded

@ian_corney @Blue_Footy This is exactly it. Not specifically Enzo but cucurella too. We used to play with one of them next to caicedo playing deeper forcing them to commit bodies forward to press. Now we have all three of them trying to get into that same sort of area creating a huge wall of bodies

@Blue_Footy It’s not about his position, it’s about how we play. Way too much possession is given to the line wingers and we overcrowd the middle and edge of the box which is palmers playground. We’re making his life as a goalscorer and created way harder as he has nobody to aim for

Isak and gyokyres score most of there goals on the break. We don’t know how Delap is because Ipswich dont play low blocks

@Thealphafoo @iBPass1 @Blue_Footy @JacobsBen opposite profile to Jackson, he’s fast and physical and he has great ball striking which our whole frontline lacks. We aren’t trying to replace Jackson, we need competition who can provide a different flavour. Delap does that for half the price. He already has prem experience too
