Update on Adam’s heart surgery. It was a little complicated, as they had to shock his heart multiple times. He’s resting & his heart seems to finally be beating correctly for the first time in months. Thank you to the numerous friends who’ve reached out in support!. -@AngCarriker.

A month ago the doctor told me I have heart failure, due to my low ejection fraction. I’ve been on meds since & trying to stay mellow so my heart can build back up. Tomorrow I have a cardiac MRI to see if my heart’s strong enough so we can do the impending 2nd cardiac surgery. 🙏.

405 lbs is good but not a ton of wt to squat. Most don’t know I’ve had 10 major surgeries (6 right knee, 2 left ankle, both shoulders). Doctors told me “Your knees suck, it’s a miracle you can walk.” Keep your sympathy! I haven’t squatted over 300 lbs in a decade. Until today!

As far as I’m concerned, blocking a mid-field pregame prayer, isn’t very classy. Nebraska doesn’t jump up & down or plant flags on logos. Not shaking their hands at the coin toss (if these 2 things are indeed connected), is a fair response in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.
