This is a really good and useful analysis from @TheIFS of the @scotgov’s recent Tax Policy Strategy. Well worth a read for anyone j in treated in how we approach the raising of public money in Scotland. 👇
The Scottish Tax strategy is welcome, especially in the absence of a similar UK government document for the tax system as a whole. But it is not a tax policy strategy – it is more of a framework for producing a strategy. Read the full report here:
